Hi Everyone,
I have stumbled accross this site because I am just waiting for the right priced dance mat on ebay (Should have one in about a week), and thought I might have a look out there to see if there were any success stories. It is awesome that there is such a big community out there
Anyways, quick run down of myself... 27 yo Male, living in Brisbane, Australia. Coming from a pretty active family, I was a skinny kid (60-70KG), and was right up until I turned 18/19. Then I discovered beer, wine, cheese and learned how to cook rich meals. Over about 10 years I was able to pack on the weight to my current weight of 100KG on the dot. I am trying to cut back on the more rich meals, and eating salads and stuff. Generally, I am not a big fan of exersize, as I get bored. I have just bought a dog to encourage myself to walk more, as I do get bored just walking. I also do have my bands rehersals once a week, which is 4 hours of jumping around with my bass around my neck, but I think I do need much more than this
I am looking to loose 30kg to get back to 70kg's. From the success stories I have heard, it should take about 6 months, but I am aiming for 12 months all up and beyond. I am hoping that doing this exersize will increase my energy levels so that I might take up something else as well to help with keeping in shape.
So yeah, that is me... I am looking forward to starting this exersize program asap, and looking forward to trawling through these pages for everyone's stories
