Hello, I'm Meghan, I'm 16 and I live in Las Vegas. I want to feel better about myself, and I love to play DDR. So I figured to use it as a way to work out and lose weight. I'm a size 11, I used to be a size 1-3 last year. I have no clue what happened. I want to be 110 again, I'm currently 125. I'm wondering how much calories and DDR I should play a day.. and what foods should I eat to get to my goal weight by this summer.. I want to be my boyfriends size, he weighs 115. .. and his BMI is perfect. Any ideas? Please help..

115? Dear lord, when I was 16 I was 5'6" (still am) and weighed 135, and I was considered a scrawny stick.
As for your diet, it generally helps us for you to post a listing of what a typical day's meals look like (include portion size) and we can suggest some simple substitutions that you can start to incorporate into your diet.
DDR-wise, 30-45 minutes/day at a level that gets your pulse up (you should be slightly out of breath, but not on death's door). You may also want to work in some basic bodyweight calisthenics (push ups, squats, etc) to help maintain muscle tone.
