I am just starting to get really into the DDR lose weight thing and I have been doing it for awhile, but just not intense enough. I weigh about 240 pds. and my metabolism is a littlw slow naturally. I play DDR on heavy around 2 - 4 hours a day.....maybe even longer sometimes. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how much weight I should be losing by like.....a month or a year or something like that cause I really have no clue. I also eat pretty healthy...I get my balance of everything I need and I drink a lot of water.
Please someone help me.
Thanks!!!!!!

this may sound kind of stupid...but do you eat a breakfast? breakfast is the meal of the day that is suppose to jump start your metabolism for the rest of the day. I like orange juice and a poptart.

i know what you mean, i have the same problem. What i have found fixes that is getting up slightly earlier...giving, in essence, your stomach more time to wake up

Can't really say what you should expect weight loss wise, it varies so widely from peron to person. If your metabolism is low, you might want to add some weight training to your routine. Each pound of muscle you gain will add 50 calories per day burned.
As far as breakfast, I wake up at 5:30, and eat around 7:30. I too have trouble with my stomach in the morning sometimes.

If you think your metabolism is slow, you should look at ways to get your body's engine back on track. Eating smaller more frequent meals is one of the best ways to do this. The other thing you might not have thought of is to try and work on adding some muscle. That will actually slow your weight loss initially, but in the long run it will cause your body to burn more fat.
