I don't like talking about it more than anyone else, but I have a few questions about *gasps* cellulite. For those who are unaware (I never even knew what it was til last year when a friend pointed out hers lol), cellulite is sections of fat that look like cottage cheese under your skin. Bumps in the skin made by too many fat cells growing too large and stretching the natural fiber compartments which hold the skin to the underlying layers of tissue. Cellulite is heredity in about 85% percent of women, and appears in thin and overweight women alike. From what I understand, you can't get rid of it with lyposuction, nor will it go away with dieting or excercise. Theres are a million 'miracle treatments' for it, but none the reviews say that work. So, what's left then? How do you get rid of it? Is it hopeless, or would you have to resort to some sort of plastic surgery? I don't know much about the subject, but I want to learn

There are some lotions that will last for maybe a day or so. I think though, whenever a treatment does come out that gets rid of cellulite, even if it lasts just for a week, it will be all over the news that it will be hard not to take notice of it. Until that day comes though, I don't take much notice of any creams of injections. I hear tanning can make it not as pronounced though. Kinda camouflages it. Unfortunately, I have never had a tan in my life , so that doesn't do me much good, but it seems to work for a lot of people.

i've read that if you use a rough wash cloth (or other similar implement) modearatly roughly in the shower it will help break up the fatty deposits. also grapefruit oil is supposed to help (DILUTE IT). Even if these things dont work, it at least feels nice and smells good.
