Actually, that's not quite OCD. That's more annoyance than anything.
OCD is usually strange behavior patterns that someone absolutely cannot help. Horders, collecters, checkers, all that.
For instance, a man in New York must check his refrigerator once almost every 5 minutes in fear that he locked a cat in there. He may sound like a nut, but he's not. That is true OCD.
