I got out of the shower today, went to flip my hair in a towel and saw something I'd never seen before;
My ribs.
I stood up straight and thought to myself, "What are these bone like-things sticking out of me?" I am by no means skinny (yet) but I know I'm making progress. Yesterday I found out I went from a 36 to a 24.
(Edit: Whoops, typo... I went from a 36 to a 34)
Life is good.
What signs have you guys noticed with your weight loss? Tighter belts, lose pants, etc. Me, theres the ribs and the pants thing... also I've noticed my watch keeps sliding around a lot more than it used to on my wrist.

Excellent!!! What are ribs, again? I haven't seen mine in many years! Excellent job on the 24 inch waist. Quite tiny! Keep up the good work!

I think pics would give me a better visual. J/k. The one thing I noticed is when I went to buy new swimshorts, I fit in to a 34 waist, and 38 used to be snug on me.

What signs have you guys noticed with your weight loss? My wedding ring gets looser by the week. I also haven't buttoned or unbuttoned any of my pants in weeks - I use the belt instead. That fits tighter, too. My face seems to be losing fat faster than my belly. But I'm finally starting to see a small change there. The big thing, though, is congratulations! Keep up the good work, too. |

I need to take some update pics actually... the batteries in my camera died a while ago and I couldn't be bothered to get new ones. I've promised myself that this summer, I'm going to get a picture of me in a bikini and post it all over the internet, no matter how hot or hideous I look. That oughta keep me motivated. My engagement ring slides all around. Lately I have not lost any weight, however my clothes fit me a bit differently and I was able to buy bras the next band size down. My arms are not as flabby as they used to be either, maybe cos I wave my arms around like a maniac when I play ddr.
My belly is even seemingly flatter:)!

i got my belt to the next notch! yay! and it fits so comfy. it used to be tight on the last notch.
also, it seems like i've lost weight in my hips. i usually wear this bikini style undies and my flab just hangs out everywhere, now it seems they fit me good. (haha, sorry, some people prolly dont wanna hear about how my undies are fitting, but it is something i have noticed!!!)

I've promised myself that this summer, I'm going to get a picture of me in a bikini and post it all over the internet, no matter how hot or hideous I look. From the latest pics ive seen of you, im pretty sure you will look hot.  I would post pics of myself in a bikini, but I would probably get arrested. |
