okay so here the deal, in addition to my new routine and diet, i have made a public blog stating what i did, ate, ect... throughout the day. i will update this every day. the logic behind this is: in the privacy of my own home i can eat whatever the hell i want, without that much guilt or embarassment, right? now, if i post a blog online stating what i have done (or havnt done) ate, ect.... that brings in a whole new factor. i say to myself. "hey, if i eat these nachos everyone online will know i ate these nachos. everyone will see what a pig i am." do you see where i'm going with this? its a psychological thing that i have emplemented to keep myself moving along. given, that this is based on the "trust" factor and no one really knows whether i'm lying or, not, but it would be totally pointless if i did, right? anyway tell me what you think about this, and leave some comments if you can light-mode.blogspot.com/

Excellent job, Daniel! I report my eating and exercise to my friend. It keeps you accountable. Two comments about what you ate: where are the fruits and veggies? And, why did you wait so long between breakfast and lunch? Try to space out your eating throughout the day. You know, the whole keeping your furnace stoked thing. Otherwise, excellent job!!!
