I want to lose another 20 pounds before the summer, so that gives me about 3 months. Last summer I weighed a bit over 250lbs. And it was terrible, I was always out of breath etc. Then I started doin DDR seriously, and I currently weigh 188lbs. I'm about 5'10, 19 years old and I wanna be 165 for the summer, my bellay and thighs are still pretty big. this is a pic of me last summer terrible eh? this is me at about 210 pounds in october-ish I reached 190 in December, and since then I haven't been exercising and I've been eating really badly. But I haven't gained or lost any weight. I also have a ton of ugly loose skin hanging around my body, is there any way to fix that? I'm so happy I used to wear size 42 pants, and XXL shirts, now I'm size 34 and can wear medium. It's really changed my life! My real question is, what kind of goal weight should I be aiming at? What kind of workouts should I do, since I don't think DDR alone will be enough for this last stretch of weight.

Wow, congratulations on the weight loss *whistles* I'm in the same boat you are, I want to lose weight before the summer... my goal is to wear a bikini Your weight loss results are fantastic, and it definately shows. You'll get to your goal, you seem motivated enough and thats the key ingredient to weight loss. Don't quote me for this, but I think if you've lost this much weight so far with DDR theres no reason why you cant lose those 30-some-odd pounds with it as well. One thing I can suggest is starting to eat healthier again, and monitor what you eat. Another good idea would be to join a gym. Even if you go only 3-6 times a week for an hour a day, you'll start to see the difference. Keep in mind too muscle is heavier than fat, so you could very well have lost more fat than you think, you've just gained more muscle. On that note don't strive so much for a weight loss goal anymore as much as you would just physical appearance. Your weight is just a number; it's how you feel and how your look makes you feel that's important. Again, this is just my opnion, I don't pretend to be any sort of expert. But good luck nonetheless

This encouraged me also but you mentioned loose skin is it really bad ? I dont want to look like fat bastard did on gold member. lol

Wow! thats awesome that you lost that much weight! That actually kind of motivates me ^^. I want to lose weight too, before summer. I want to look GOOD in a swimsuit, and hopefully try to stop these stretch marks. =D. Just keep up with the DDR, and of course try to do the gym thing, or at least do some weight training or something. Hope you reach your goal!
