I broke my leg last summer and wasn't able to play DDR until recently (my mom was so mad at me for asking when I could play DDR again . Anyway I was wondering what are some of the foods you guys have for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I usually don't have breakfast, have soup and a sandwhich for lunch, and chicken, something, and some vegetable for dinner. I don't know what else to add so.... yeah....

Welcome back!
It sounds like you need to add more fruits and veggies to your diet. "Strive for 5" and all that. Also, please consider eating breakfast. Doesn't have to be anything big, but just get something in your stomach to get your metabolism started - kind of like stoking the fire. Also make sure to have a few glasses of milk a day.
