I'll give you my standard weight loss pill speech.
Look at the history of weight loss pills, there are two constants. Either the pill doesn't work, or it ends up being banned for health reasons. Phen-fen, ephedra, amphetamines, etc. Especially with the new "herbal" formulas, which aren't evaluated or regulated by any sort of oversight body. My advice is to let others be the guinea pigs until enough solid research has proved the saftey of the pill.
But that's just my opinion.

When I was 12 my mom used to buy me diet pills all the time (way to be supportive eh? *rolls eyes*) I've taken everything, and nothing worked at all. If you could fit an hours worth of excercise into a pill that'd be great, but til then I'd stay away from them. Weight loss doesn't come from a pill, it comes from diet, excercise and motivation. Most diet pills will tell you they are most effective with diet and excercise anyways... well duh. My theory is they're all placebos, and when you do diet it just makes you think they're working

I 100% agree with the previous posts. Stay away!!! At my last job I did substance abuse research and you would be blown away by the number of times people ended up in the ER or dead because of "diet pills."
I repeat: STAY AWAY!!! It's not worth it. Do it on your own. You will feel so much prouder of your accomplishment and so much healthier!

Wasn't the first diet pill the tapeworm egg? They haven't inproved much health wise since then, although the tapeworm maybe actually more effective. ....Please don't eat a tapeworm egg...I'm pretty sure it's just an urban legend. Treat all diet pills like parasites though.

if i had a choice between a great body and my health i would DEFINATELY pick my health. my cousin was 250, and with ephedra he lost about 80 lbs. a few months later he developed heart problems and ended up in the ER a few times this year. stay away from these things, they are dangerous. stick with excercise and a healthy diet (dont starve yourself for god sakes >_<)
thats my 10 cents. my 2 cents are free, who sent, who sent, you sent for me?
oops quoting Eminem again, another bad habit i should stop >_<

ehh - well, I guess I'll be the one to step up... I take the pills - zantrax 3 and CLA, I love em. CLA gets rid of dimpled skin and zantrax is a thermogenic to help you loose more weight faster durring workouts.
I also take ultramega woman's vitamins cause I'm a vegitarian.
*dodges things being thrown at head*

Zantrex 3 Contains more than 300mg of Caffeine per serving, Hydroxycut contains more than 200mg. One tablet of Vivarin, or one cup of coffee contains 100mg. So for every dose of Zantrex you're taking, you're consuming the equivalent of 3 tablets of Vivarin. Hydroxycut has you taking 3 doses daily, that's over 600mg of Caffeine per day!
For those of you taking these pills, what are your plans for dealing with caffeine withdrawal once you go off the pills?

I drink so much coffee I already have a high tolerance to caffeine. I only get the caffeine shakes after being @ the coffee houses for too long. *like 5 hours* --yes I love coffee houses... ;D

I take Zantrex too. And like you were saying, I drink so much coffee to begin with that I can't really tell that there is caffeine in my body. I guess maybe I've developed a nice tolerance to it.
