I dont know It may be Normal but Since i quit eating as much and switched to water I went from 271 to 264 in a week and a half is this to fast?

That depends. What times were you weighing yourself? How much (or little) have you eaten? Depending on your height, your weight will fluxuiate (sp?) quite a bit... when I used to weight 190ish my weight would vary between 185-195 from week to week. The weight you've lost is probably mostly water weight. If your weight continues to drop at this rate, see a doctor. Hopefully it will balance out, 2-3 lbs a week is healthy, I think. Make sure you're eating properly, and again if your weight keeps dropping at the rate it is see a doctor, thats when you need to worry

I watched a show on vh1 called fit club and they were loosing like 8 pounds a week and crap oh by the way im 6'1

Don't worry too much yet. The first 20 lbs is fairly easy to lose, but you'll plateau out soon enough.

ok over the weekend i cheated on my diet i was away from the Computer so i couldnt come and check out the forums to keep motivated i got back up to 269 I went back on my diet yesterday and got back down to about 267 I have been working my stomach on this thing called the torso track and plan to get a weight bench and my ddr pad. My goal is 250 before summer thats about 17 Pounds. My big goal is 220 before school starts next year so i can impress the ladies lol i want to get down to about 200 seein as im about 6'2. I will post my progress on here. Thanks for keeping me motivated guys and gals. oh by the way i went to my doctor a month ago at 285 and i had to go this mornin and i was 269 and he was amazed. ;D
