I'm just curious since it is driving me nuts. How long did it take you with daily DDR sessions to really start seeing results with weight loss? I go home in a month from school, so I get to weigh myself then. My pants are getting slightly looser on me, but i'm not sure if the weight is coming off.

I'm probably DDR'ing approximately 5 times a week for at least an hour per session. I haven't seen any direct results after a month of this, but my boyfriend swears up and down that I'm losing weight. I have noticed changes in my energy level, and general sense of well-being, tho.
If you go home and weigh yourself and feel like the number on the scale doesn't reflect the changes you feel in yourself (looser pants, noticing a slimmer silhouette in the mirror, more energy, etc.), don't forget that muscle weighs more than fat, and by gaining muscle mass, you can look thinner and feel healthier, but only have "lost" a fraction of the weight you thought you lost.

I've only lost 7 pounds in about 3 months (2 months which included ddr). But my lower body looks a lot better, and even though my calves are a tiny bit bigger, my boyfriend says they look about 3 times thinner. (probably from the muscle)
If your pants are loose thats a good indicator.
