i have lost 13.5 lbs in the last 18 days but in the last 4 days i havent lost anymore weight. any pointers to boost the weight loss? I Know you should switch up the routine would bench press help to get me burrning fat agian? also i would like to say i miss pizza and beer! any light snack ideas for super bowl? thanks in advance.

13.5 pounds in 18 days is too much weight lost in too short of time. 1-2 pounds a week is a healthy loss. Anything more than that and you're losing water and muscle.
Water will eventually come back, which is probably why your weight loss has stalled. The muscle that you lose will make your body burn less calories over the course of the day (also called slowing your metabolism).
What you need to do is eat healthy and eat enough calories for your height and weight. Get with a nutritionist or join Weight Watchers. Both resources will head you in the right direction. Seeing your doctor is always recommended.
Light snacks for Super Bowl: Salsa and celery sticks is good. I like to get veggie platters and fruit platters for parties because then I always know there is something healthy for me there.

I just eat lower amount of callories before and after something like the superbowl. Then I can pig out and it doesnt do as much damage.
