So about 3 weeks ago when I started my attempt to lose weight through DDR, those first few nights I could do about 300kcal on workout mode in about an hour and I was just EXHAUSTED, full of sweat, needed to take a warm shower and massage all that lactic acid out of my legs, but then the next week up I could do 500 a night, and then 700, and now I'm up to about a 1000! Hooray for building some DDR Stamina.

Yeah same here... I first tried it in the arcade a couple months ago and after five songs on beginner I was sooooo tired, but now I've been playing at home for a bit under a month and I can go an hour on standard... Well, maybe more but I've never tried it longer. It's definitely a nice stamina builder.
I remember back when I was in high school and we'd have to run a mile in gym I'd be exausted after like 4 minutes and ended up walking the rest in the group of us sweating fat people that finish like 10 minutes behind everyone else. I'm thinking once the weather gets better I'm just gonna try it now and see if I can make it.
