Latley I've gotten my Calorie consumption down to 1200-1400 a day...only drinking water...working with DDR 3 times a week....burning 800-900 calories each time...and the days inbetween DDR i go down to the gym and hit the bags, or lift for about an hour to an hour and a half... I weighed 292 when i started...and in 2 weeks i've dropped 7 lbs...which rocks...only 95 more to go....but i'm getting tired really easily latley...I know its because of the change in diet...I just wanna know when my body will start getting accustomed to the change and i can make it through the day without a nap...thanks

You might never get used to it, if you're not getting the proper nutrition. There is more to it than just calories. Are you taking a multivitamin and also getting things like protein and fiber? Also, for your weight that may be too few calories. If you go too low losing weight becomes harder.

I'd agree you probably aren't getting enough calories for the amount you're exercising. Even with the calorie counter on DDR not being very accurate, you're only allowing your body some 700 calories to function for the entire day, plus you're lifting, which puts a strain on your system to repair damaged muscle. And every new pound of muscle you're adding needs an additional 50 calories per day. You either need to scale back your workouts a little bit, or up your calorie intake to closer to 1500-1700 calories/day.
And protein bars are insufficient nutrition for you. Eat real food, fruits and veggies and whole grains. Protein bars are a dietary supplement, not a dietary replacement.
