I want to loose inches off my waist, stomach, lower back area, and legs. I get the munchies a lot. I'm about 5' 1.5" and weigh approximately 150 lbs. I want a daily routine that can get me into shape...any suggestions? I play DDR on standard and light sometimes. I NEED LOTS OF TIPS.

I'm playing on workout mode on standard twice a day for 30 minutes each time, minimum. It's working very well for me. Make sure you stretch, too.
As far as food goes, get control of the snacking. It's okay to enjoy food, but don't obsess about it and try to get in a regular eating routine (such as three meals and a small snack between), and try to work for healthy food. You don't need to stop everything at once, but slowly phase out regularly eating high calorie, fat, sugar etc. foods... But don't deny yourself them entirely, or it'll be harder for you.
Good luck!

I'm with JSN about eating. I found that scheduling a specific mid-afternoon snack and working daily toward a goal of 64 ounces of water down the hatch helped curb the munchies quite a bit. So does keeping busy, whether at my cubicle at work or being physically active.
What works for one person doesn't work for everyone, but it may be something to consider.

One of the best ways to cut down on snacking is to sit down at a dinner table whenever you eat anything. This makes you actually think about what you are eating, and cuts down on grazing the kitchen or eating in front of the TV. Also, start a food journal. It shocked me when I did this. I always considered myself a pretty healthy eater, but when I actually saw what I was eating, I knew I had a long way to go before I ate as healthy as I imagined myself to be. Some other tips are to never snack out of the bag, place a serving size on to a plate and then eat that, drink a cup of water and see if you're still hungry, place all junk food into hard to get places (if you have to dig in the fridge for ten minutes just for that cookie dough you kinda just give up on it and grab an apple instead ). Planning all meals ahead of time can also help. If you know you have a healthy meal planed, then McDonalds isn't as tempting. If you want to loose inches off of your upper body, you may also have to do some weight training. DDR is a great exersise, but it won't tone your upper body. It has done wonders for my legs, but little for my abs. Just buy two five pound weights and strength train three days a week.

don't torture yourself though. if you have been sticking with your diet for a while and you want that cookie, then dammit, eat that cookie. I found that has worked for me best. If I want a sweet of some sort, I will eat it, and just ddr it off. I have cut down on the amount I am taking in though, so it makes it easier to keep my motivation up.
