Just thought I would pass on the word that Discovery Health is doing their National Body Challenge again. You can sign up for it by midnight tomorrow online. I would sign up, but I really am not interested in losing weight so much as reducing body fat percentage at this point. Some of you are just beginning your journeys, though.
I'm watching the show right now. It is pretty interesting. They really aren't saying anything that I didn't know, but maybe this sort of thing will help a few people to keep determined and on track.
