Hey everyone! I just joined. I want to lose 40 pounds. But I have been having a rough time trying to get them off. I had been stuck in a weight gain cycle and no matter what I tried I couldn't stop gaining weight. I tried diets and stuff but it just didn't help. It turned out I had low thyroid. So now that I have medication I can work and not gain weight. But now I want to lose all the weight I gained. I'm at 195 right now. So anyways, I've plated DDR many times before and am somewhere between standard-heavy. But my question is, how do I set up workout mode on DDR Extreme? I can't figure it out. Please help? Also, any suggestions on how to loose wieght fast? Thanks everybody for listening.

Well, to use Workout Mode on Extreme, you have to set Workout Mode on in the Workout Mode area, and when you play game mode, it'll track your cals burned.
Technically a fast way of losing weight fast would be a low/no carb diet, but they're not as good for you in the long-run.

My Extreme can't save the Workout data 'cause I don't have a memory card. I've heard PS2 memory cards are really expensive.
But as for Workout mode. Page 42 of the handbook thingy in the case. Do you have the handbook?

I've heard PS2 memory cards are really expensive. They're not($25), and you can't save your unlocks without a card, so you're missing out on half the game! If you want to save a few $$, get a used mem card from Gamestop or EBgames. Or get a MadCatz third party card (they're a bit cheaper).
