How much fruits/veggies should I eat per meal? I've always kind of wondered because once I ate a vine of grapes, I kind of got addicted and ate a lot more grapes :/
I know there is a restriction to how much fruits/veggies we can eat, but is it okay to eat until we're full? If not full then atleast satisfied, but my stomach starts to rumble if I do that :/

The conventional wisdom says at least 5 servings per day, which would be about 2 servings per meal. There are very few fruits/veggies that you shouldn't eat a lot of, and even those are better than most of your other options.
It's always a good idea to only eat until you're satisfied. I wouldn't necessarily go for full. Remember, you can always go back later and get a healthy snack if you're hungry.

Is it okay to eat a salad with just plain lettuce and a little low-fat dressing? I'm crazy over salad with just lettuce but I dont like the other veggies

Yeah, that's okay, but you do lose out on some of the benefits other fruits and veggies have to offer, in terms of nutrients, etc. Try spinach instead of or mixed in with, your lettuce.

Asparagus is one vegetable you don't want to obsessively eat too much of. Your urine will turn bright yellow.
If you eat too many carrots, your skin will turn orange.
If you eat too many raisins or prunes, well... let's just end this conversation while it's polite.
