Hi, I just registered and all. I recently got DDR Extreme for my 16th Birthday, and do not regret asking for it. For years I would See people here and there getting their "freak on"... and always wondered how they got so good. I never knew there was a home version intill recently. Any who I Loaned to my brothers for a couple of weeks or so and I finally got it back about a week and a half ago.(I wanted to play fabe on teh xobox they had after my Bday so we traded) I am know determined to also lose the wieght I was supposed too over the summer.
I have will. Motovation and a knowledge of what to eat and not to. since my bro lost o lets see .. around 80 pounds of the atkins, and hes tried tons of diets. well, it wasnt exactly the atkin... Its was twice and hardcore, wo where he ate nothing but, some beef, cheese, lots of tuna, water, diet coke, more diet coke... and 2 eggs every morning. Thats all he eat... everyday... freaking amazing . O but he take an assourment of vitemins calciums and herbs during the day. I dont have as much will as him but, I was able to go on the atkins for over the summer with him. He came home from college over the summer and was helpin me lose wieght. Atkins is murder. People may make fun of it. But people of the most dedicated can do it, and I mean do it, no cheating with low carb bread and all. I really dont believe in the south beach to much. But its just as hard.... any whoo. I lost near 18 pounds (thats not adding water wieght. since thats was like 12 pounds.. I am a watery boy.) Which was after a month or more
then the crap Happend, . I could have made my goal which is like 25 pounds less then what I weigh now.. (it was like 160, but.. I had to get braces in teh middle of the summer,and everyone thats had those know they hurt like the thingyens when they first get in. Not to mention the spacers before hand. You can't exactly chew raw beef when you are in that state. so me diet ruined, I got depreseed and startin eatting whatever.. then I had to leave to georgia for a 2 week trip.. hard to be on hardcore atkins on a trip like that ( I live in Kansas.)
I gained most of it back although I still was like 8 pounds lighter then what I was at the beggining of the summer, but for such an overkill.. and I mean overkill.. it was crazy. Worse then atkins. No cheating with low carbs food, no carbs or no weight loss... but thats what I wanted.
Any who, I got a new light with this great game, not only is it fun but its great calorie burner.
So far I am being able to burn a averge 600-800 calories a day, (this is on heavy and standered but mostly heavy) and play for like an 45min-hour and half, least 5 times a week. Then do 2-3 hours on weekends which is around 1100 calories, or more, since we been getting days off. Kind of cool, only have this game a lil while and already doing some on the heavyes my god those are hard
I dont eat sweets or candy, drink only diet, dont eat at night, but pig out once a week in pizza. If I hungry I get a sandwhich with low fat mayo.. though I dont eat friut at all. I do take alot of vitimens though.
Since I got it back Ive lost 4-5 pounds, but I cant tell if this is fluxating or what, I am scard' by the atkins, If Im not doing something that exteme, then I do not feel Im doing anything at all to
I lreally only wanna loose like 30 pounds... but I have never be able to lose that much, It be great to lose it by he end of January or atleast Febuary. Ive sorta gotten close though. Since that would put me in the average weight range (not counting water weight atkins have) Whenever I diet somthing always goes wroung... My bro is like 22 and was only able to lose his weight be doing something extreme, like atkins or only eating tuna and rice. which he lost tons of wieght that way. I never seen someone lose weight naturally around me its either been good genes or extreme measures..
Anyway lost alot wieght just by eating normal foods and excercising regularly. Im so paranioned ( I dont think I spelled that right) about that. I got motovation to lose it all, o boy do I. It comes from someone that haunts me day in and out. But thats for later......
One more question Is it worth eating at might if your real hungry or should just fill up on water and head to bed, I mean cuz ya know.. you not burning much in your sleep.. it all gets stored into fat most of the time any way. Just a thought.
O and some helpful advice on getting down to the weight I want would be great.
