Alright im getting down and dirty about losing weight. Im just wondering what i can do for working out when im at home. And when im at school what can i eat,

What do you mean by working out? Cardio? Resistance training? For cardio there's DDR, running, jumping rope, and any of a number of other activities. For resistance training without weights there's chair dips, push ups, crunches, squats, and maybe even pull ups if you've got the space.
Beign at school shouldn't really restrict what you can eat, aside from not being able to cook it then and there. Fruits and Veggies, salads, lean lunchmeat, and most lower fat cheeses travel very well.
