Well since your a cheerleader and your a hottie i would say that if you start doign ddr youll be the hottest on the squad. Just don't get off track at all. Even with the holidays coming. Just do some exercise all the time.

Welcome, Cheer! Take a bit and read the threads here, there's a lot of good advice in these threads. Someday, I'll pull together a FAQ to help people get started. I guess my first question is what's your current diet like? What do you eat, and how much? How old are you? How tall? These are all things we'd like to know so that we can help you decide what's going to be the plan that works for you. That's the tricky part about weight loss, everybody is different, and everybody has success with different things.
My guess is, that since you're competitive cheering, you've probably got a good bit of muscle on you. That means that 40 lbs may be a bit aggressive, since muscle is more dense than fat. Pics can also help us understand how your body is built.
There's always the universal advice. Stay away from soda, drink more water, eat more fruits and veggies.
Good luck on your weight loss, and again, welcome to the site!

You can make progress with simple changes. What I recommend is adding water rich fruits and veggies to your diet. They fill you up and are low calorie..the book VOLUMETRICS is excellent and explains this.
Also when you eat focus on your food so you realize what you are eating..dont be on the phone, watching TV etc.
Good luck!
