Well, just thought I'd check in again, I've lost another 10 pounds, putting me at 250, down from 312 when I started. My current goal is to lose another 15 pounds by 1/1/05 That adds up to about 2.5 pounds a week, and right now I am right on track at 3 pounds a week. So I think I'll make it.
I'll check in again when I get closer to my New Year's goal. Wish me luck!
P.S. Oh, and I have finally gotten under the "100 to lose" mark. I now have between 80 and 90 pounds to lose! Yay!

This has actually been going really really well. I've never had a diet or and exercise plan that was this effective, or that felt like something I could come to enjoy and take on as part of my life. The only problem is the ever-changing clothing sizes! I can't keep up!
