Stretchmarks keep coming up and its dreadful. I've decided to quit drinking soda and eating hot cheetos, and I and doing my best to mostly have salad. As a replacement for soda I've been drinking the 60% less sugar hawaiian punch. i really need motivation and ideas if anyone could help, i cant figure out how many calories i should burn a day, and i must part with my ddr game because im letting a friend borrow it, but if anyone can help than please do! ^^

Quit drinking soda = good 60% less sugar HP = Not good enough. Straight HP is as bad a soda, sugar-wise, so you're only cutting out a small bit of the calories you'd otherwise have cut out by stopping soda. Try to stay sugar free in your drinks. Diet soda is okay, but water is best.
Don't worry aobut how many calories to burn by exercise in a day. Worry instead about getting 30-45 minutes of exercise that gets your heart rate up, and gets you sweating. It's best if you can find something fun to do, like DDR, but other physical activities are good too. If you're getting 30-45 minutes each day, even if it's 3 15 minute sessions, the calories will take care of themselves.
Fortunately, you're 14. Your body is still in hyper growth adolescence. Find a physical activity you enjoy doing and do it, and you'll see those pounds go away in no time.
