Yes or No?
I'm on a
Chicken breast, tuna, salad, fruits, type diet. Eating clean, and only clean.

No, I wouldn't consider my diet strict. I find it much easier to maintain that way. If I feel the need to "cheat", I can in a way that doesn't destroy my whole plan. I've tried strict diets in the past, but I find that as soon as my urges to eat something forbidden rise, the whole diet goes out the window. The real key is to move the average of what you're eating, but you can allow for some fluctuations here and there.

What does your diet consist of?
Mine is
Tuna, Chicken breasts and salad, fruits, veggies. Also I'm planning on doing 40 mins straight of DDR per 2-3 days a week. That should help me get into good cardiovascular shape.

My diet is the South Beach Diet. Basically no sugar, no simple carbohydrates, limited saturated fats. Plenty of veggies and protein.
