How long does it take before you begin to see results? I want to lose weight but it is soooooooo hard. Its been two weeks but i'm trying i dont want to weigh myself because i know that i'll get disapointed therefore i want to know how long will it take to lose the weight? if i lose atleast 10 pounds i'll be happy!!! but sad to say I am about 30 pounds overweight. at the moment i weigh 160 but i want to go down to about 130 even 120. I'm so desperate for this to work! I'm also taking cortislim while taking out the soda and not eating after 6p.m....although i have to admit i do cheat during the day..but i mean who doesn't??

It's different person by person. You could put two people on the same 90 day diet, and one person will drop a lot of weight the first few weeks, and then not as much later, while another person will not lose anything for a month, but then drop a lot of weight the other two months. Personally, I don't recommend staying away from the scale, especially if I'm "cheating". That way I can see what effects what I'm eating have on my weight.
Speaking of cheating, how much are you cheating? And what do you consider cheating? While you may not gain weight when you cheat, it certainly slows your weight loss down.
re: Cortislim - Just remember the history of weight loss pills. Look back over the last 30 years:
Ephedra - banned, because it kills people Phen Fen - Banned, because it kills people Amphetamine - banned, because it kills people No others have really been shown to be effective.
So, obviously, I'm not a big fan of weight loss pills. Be careful, and do your research. It could be that one day they'll find a pill that is both safe and effective, but for now the odds are against you. Besides, you don't need pills to lose weight. A healthy diet, exercise, and maybe a good multivitamin are all you need.
