Just a quick thought..naturally you may want to try to cut back on what you eat..cut out a lot of processed foods etc. But one easy technique is to change the food you eat so you add MORE food but you are eating less calories. For example you could eat a cup and ahalf of grapes or for the same amount of calories about 1/4 cup rasins. If you fill up on veggies and fruit you wont have as much room for junk and you will be satisified and you will have eaten LESS calories. Try eating veggies and fruit right before a meal..apples a salad etc. A good book explaining this is VOLUMETRICS by B. Rolls.
