Hi! I need to drop 75 pounds, and have the stepmania version on my PC. In addition, I've switched to a fruitarian diet. How often should I play and for how long to see results at about 1-2lbs per week?

First off, welcome to the boards! You'll probably want to take a few minutes and read some of the older threads. A lot of your questions have been answered there already.
You'll want to play for 30-45 minutes per day at a level that gets your heart rate up to the 23-25 beats in a 10 second count range. Do that for 6 days a week, and you'll be well on your way.
Just out of curiousity, how are you making sure you get adequate nutrition (protein, monounsaturated fats) on your fruitarian diet?

someone in my family went on a diet eating nothing but popcorn... she got kinda sick. I asked my doctor about it... she said I could probably do something like that and not get sick because of my youth, but I would lose weight too fast and gain it back as soon as there was a slight switch in my diet. it's important to get all the nutrients you need. if you have to, you should take vitamins. maybe see a nutritionist.
