Just a little update.
I am down to 260 (still nothing to brag about, but that's down from 312) I have officially lost more than 50 pounds, 2 pants sizes and many inches ;D
Next stop, 235, my new years goal. Wish me luck!

I'm doing as much as I can. Losing all this weight as changed my sense of balance, which was never very good anyway, so it's going to take time for me to hit the levels everyone else seems to think of as appropriate. I'm doing 5 and 6 footers for an hour everyday, in addition to my hour or two of other exercise, so I think I'm doing good I lost 24 pounds this month so I must be doing something right.

You're doing great, whatever Jay says. Balance will come with time. And speaking of time, where do you find the time to do two hours of exercise very day?

abrannan: I am a house wife, so my days are mostly spent at home, so inbetween gardening, cooking, cleaning and helping my husband with his business (he works from home too, so it's easy) I take two hour-long breaks. Usually I DDR when I am cooking dinner, that way I can dance for 8 songs or so, run into the other room to check the food, run back do another 8 etc. Since the food I cook is rather elaborate, I always end up with at least an hour of DDR, with only 1-2 minute breaks 2 or 3 times to check on the food. I make time throughout the day if we feel like going for a walk or something, but I also structure at least an hour of solid, no interruptions, exercise in the evenings. It's been working pretty well for me so far ;D Thanks for your support! DK: Thanks for the support! It helps to have people patting me on the back, keeps my motivation up!
