CatEye Fitness has a Gamebike which is another way of active gaming. It's a hometrainer bike which you can connect to the PS2/Xbox/Gamecube/PC to play all kind of racing games while the gamer has to steer and peddle on the bike to get the character moving on screen.
I'm currently waiting for a review copy, but was wondering if any of you already experienced the gamebike and want to share their feelings / experiences about it.

I've played it at the arcade, but... wouldn't it be a bit expensive?

When I was 11 my grandmother took me to her gym and in the kid section they had a game like that. Basically you hopped on the bike and there was a very poor graphic screen of you peddling on a dirt road... you could plow into trees and stuff too. Not that I did Still had fun, though.

Check Laura Moncur's blog over at starling-fitness.com, she's done a lot of reviews of different gaming/fitness peripherals.
