Hello everyone! Its about time that I finally made a post. I've been looking at this site for weeks, actually and I finally wanted to say hi! Just wanted to introduce myself...I'm 18 but turning 19 soon, I own DDRMax, DDRMax2, and DDR Extreme. I'm a fairly small person and so far I'm trying to drop 10 pounds (had one too many cinnabons lol)! Hopefully that'll be a somewhat simple task. I try to get rid of 600 to 1000 kcals a day whenever I have the time. Now my question is....
is it harder for a smaller person to lose weight rather than a bigger person? Its something I heard about, but wasn't sure on how accurate it really is. Any advice is appreciated!

Weight loss is asymptotic, which means that the closer you are to a goal weight, the harder it is to lose that weight. So someone who is 50 lbs overweight will have an easier time losing 10 pounds than someone who is 20 lbs overweight.
