if u wanna see the wieght fly off put in a diet plan, dont eat that candy bar everyday maybe once a week. and dont overfill your self at dinner if u feel satisfied stop. lil changes like that helps alot. and dont have those bedtime snacks or anything.
2 hours a day is alot and you'll get bored of the game or at least i did until I started downloading my own songs.
well besides that welcome to the club, err.. um... Fourms

nah DDR is fun 2Hrs a day xD You probably aren't going to be abe to keep that up long term. Don't know how tall you are, but you're probably not large enough to burn 2500 cal/day. I'd drop to the 1700-1900 range. Oh, my!

GO FOR IT!!! I just recently bout DDR Extreme for PS2 myself a couple weeks ago. I usually play about 2-3 hours each day and try to eat worth 1000-1500 kcals each day since thats about how many kcals i burn. I started a little more that 2 weeks ago and have lost neary 15lbs already and i now wiegh 225lbs. It is defenitly possible to keep it up long term. Its nearly impossible to get bored with it . If you really want to have fun with it start busting some moves at the arcades, its loads of fun ;D. Just keep up the hard fun and you'll lose that weight in a month easy

2 weeks ain't long term, chief. Check back in with me in 6 months, and then we can talk about long term. That's 2-3 hours EVERY day for 6 months.
