I'm gonna do one 15 minute afternoon and 1 30 minute night session of DDR 7 days per week.
I will eat like I usually do, except not after 9:00 (I go to bed at 11, do my DDR around 9)
I dont eat bad, just a lot, so ill try to cut portions at night and raise them during the day, since i tend to eat more at night.
sound effective? I want to loose 40 lbs over 1 year.

I'm gonna do one 15 minute afternoon and 1 30 minute night session of DDR 7 days per week. Depending on how hard you play, you may want to give yourself a day off each week. You might want to make your cutoff earlier, say 8:00? Good, get the calories when you need them. Definitely an achievable goal with this plan. Happy dancing!
