Hey, I was wondering about other people who have been on the South Beach Diet and had positive results...What im basically asking is what can I eat for Phase I? Well i know you have to not eat alot of stuff but whats left that i can eat?

18 lbs in 5 weeks so far for me.
Phase I - There's actually plenty you can eat. Lean meats, eggs, low-fat or part skim cheeses, veggies and salads, sugar-free jello, fish (especially shellfish), small amounts of nuts, sugar free sweets (limited).
