Hello, I'm 16.. and I'm 5'0 and I weigh about 131. My doctor said My weight should be around 110. So, I'd like to lose 20 pounds. How much DDR should I play a day, time, and how many calories.. to lose the weight in a few months..? I'm a size 10 and it makes me sad, I used to be a 0. I don't know what happened.. please any suggestions?

First off, welcome to the site!
Second, take a bit of time and browse around these threads, there's a lot of good information in there, and I don't like repeating myself over and over....
Awww, who am I kidding? I love being mister know-it-all!
When it comes to exercise, don't worry about calories. If you do everything else right, the exercise calories will take care of themselves. What you want to do is play DDR at a level that gets your heart rate up to about 20-25 beats in a ten second count. (If you don't know how to check your pulse, do a quick google search). Play at that level for at least 30-45 minutes a day, 6 days a week.
You'll also want to consider some dietary changes too. It's a lot easier to eat 250 fewer calories per day than to burn an extra 250 calories a day. Cut out the soda, and any other sweet drinks (Including fruit juices, eat the fruit, but drinking a glass of orange juice is equivalent to eating about 4 oranges, calorie-wise).
That should get you started, feel free to ask any questions you may have! Enjoy!
