Hello.
First of all, I'm new to these forums, glad to be here, etc.
Anyways, I've been trying to lose weight on DDR. Since I started in late-July, I've weighed from 210-220 (it varies from times of the day, to what I eat, etc.). I've been trying to lose at least 40 lbs.
For excercise, all I pretty much do is lift weights, do crunches, and play DDR.
I lift 32 lbs. with my arms, 40 lbs. with my legs, in sets of 10. I play DDR until I'm dripping with sweat (Usually around 600 kcals lost in Workout Mode, or 1200-1500 kcals a day).
After I realized muscle weighs the same, if not more, than fat, then I stopped weighing myself, and I concentrated more on how I looked.
Anyways, let's skip a little bit ahead to the bottom line:
People have been saying that they've noticed my face has gotten much skinnier. I've also noticed I've gained muscles in my arms and legs. But here's the big problem: My stomach. It's quite big, and I feel very uncomfortable having it.
What is the best way to get rid of my large stomach? I've tried DDR, weight lifting, and started doing cruches.
Can anyone recommend a proper diet change?
My current diet just consists of normal food, I suppose, though alot of it is fattening. This week I promised myself I would leave all the junky food alone.
By the way, I do drink plenty of water and I usually burn more calories in a day than I eat.
