Alright...so it's been like a month now, and because I am lazy and stupid, I have probably gained weight. Oh well...I swear this all has a point. So, point is, I am REALLY wanting to go vegetarian. SO! From what I can tell it is the best thing to do. Don't kill animals and eat lots of veggies, soy, and tofu. So, do any of you know more about it or, like? I was just kinda wondering what you all thought about that. If it is healthy enough, what it can do/will do, all of that stuff? Do you think it is a good suppliment to getting off my lazy butt and actually doing some DDR?

I'm very anti-vegetarian. Just thought I should get out there. Just eat less, more fruits and veggies, and play DDR a lot. However don't play as much as I have the last week, 8-10 hrs a day... I tore something in my knee. Meh.

Vegetarianism by itself is neither healthy nor unhealthy. It all depends on what you are eating, not what you aren't. I can be a veggie and eat nothing but spoonfuls of refined white sugar every day, but that's not healthy. If you are going to go vegetarian, make sure you get enough protein, and don't overload on processed foods (White flour, sugar, etc).
