Deerod, THATS GREAT TO HEAR!!!! I was about 335 - 340 pounds before starting to get serious with DDR. I did small things at first, no midnight munching. If you really need something to eat before going to bed, I had these sugar free popsicels, they are awesome. Then stop drinking regular cokes. I was having at LEAST a liter of soda a day. Then switched to diet, and the results were awesome. Lost about 30 pounds in no time, and was playing DDR everyday for about 30 minutes. Hit my 300 lbs. goal in no time, then decided to go for another goal. Here I am now half way. 270 - 272 lbs. went to a 1800 calorie diet and doing DDR for about a hour a day now. I feel more confident and have more energy. This is the best way to lose weight and I hope i can be an inspiration. keep me posted on your status, and If I can do it, Anyone, I MEAN ANYONE can do this. Later, lets see if I can get Burning Heat, Heavy, with at least a B.

I've really found Weight Watchers to be helpful when it comes to food issues. They have a really easy plan to follow and they really tackle the emotional triggers for eating and how to overcome them.

Weight Watchers....well good and bad..the good you can lose weight..the bad almost everyone gains it back!
