Has anyone tried the South Beach Diet?
My fiance just told me about it yesterday and that he heard alot of people lost weight with it and it was very good.
I am wondering if this will be good w/combination of DDR.
Anyone knows let me know. ;D

Any diet can work well with DDR. Just make sure you do your research to make sure the diet is right for you. My wife has done the modified South Beach diet that Curves preaches, and she lost a good bit of weight with it.

hehe thanks!
I went to the online south beach website and they wanted to charge $5 a month. I know it's cheap...but i'm kinda stingy w/money. I am trying to keep up with bills as it is lol.
Eh....I will just stick to watching my diet, h2o and DDR.

My doctor just prescribed South Beach for me this morning. I've got frighteningly low good cholesterol, and am taking Medication to help keep my bad cholesterol down so the ratio of good/bad cholesterol is proper. He said that in some patients the South Beach diet can help raise good cholesterol levels. So, I'll be picking the book up this afternoon, and I'll let you know how it works out for me.

South beach is not a bad diet..except it supports usage of aspartame and some other fake foods.
