HI WOODY!!.. MY NAME IS DEE.. IM NEW TO THIS SITE.. I WAS UNCLEAR AS TO IF YOU WANTED TO LOOSE 170LBS OR IF YOU WANTED TO GET DOWN TO 170LBS.. I JUST BOUGHT DDRMAX2 AND THE GAME PAD ABOUT 1 MONTH AGO AND JUST STARTED USING IT ALOT LAST WEEK.. I HAVE ALOT OF WEIGHT TO LOOSE SO IM GONNA TRY TO USE IT A LITTLE BIT EVERYDAY... to lose the weight just do ddr at least 30mins id say 5 days a week and start dieting...i kno ull want some food u shouldnt have but go dance if u get a craving

Maybe over the summer, but your body hasn't had enough time to process your Thnksgiving Caloric intake yet. Take it easy for a few days, eating wise, and get on that DDR mat! You'll find that Thanksgiving wasn't as tragic as you thought.

Don't feel like you can't have "bad treats" anymore, just limit them and try to add some better ones.
One of my favorites is a celery stick, with fat free cream cheese, and dip it in Frank's Hot Sauce...mmmmmm
