Ok, I am 5'3" and I weigh 178.5 lbs (on Earth ) I just turned 15 and I am wondering what my target heart rate should be. I can't find any charts that go low enough for teens who want to lose weight. I am also wondering about diet. I noticed a large jump in weight after I started taking anti-depressants and birth control both to control hormones. I have been eating less and I worked alot harder in gym class yet the weight kept going. I am not on an anti-depressant anymore so what should I do about eating? Any breakfast/lunch/dinner/drink ideas? I am also trying to avoid any sugar subsitute such as asparatame and sucralose.

For heart rate use the 20 year old range. This range holds for pretty much everyone 25 and under. So that means you're looking at trying to keep your heart rate around 140 BPMwhile you work out.
The menu you posted seems pretty good, but I'd watch the mayo on the Tuna fish, and the ranch/caesar dressings, as they can be high calorie. Make sure you're getting at least 1200 calories a day, too few and you won't burn fat
