First off, the bad news. You can't lose weight really fast safely. SInce it's the second week of July, you can only expect to frop maybe 15 or so pounds safely by September. It took you more than 6 weeks to put it on, it'll take more than 6 weeks to take it off.
Running is good, and DDR is only going to give you more of that same type of workout. Read some of the other posts on this board, and you'll find I'm giving everyfbody pretty much the same advice. Get a journal. Write down everything you eat every day, and use a calorie counts book to figure out how much you're eating, and how you're feeling/why you're eating. Go to caloriesperhour.com and figure out your BMR (Base Metabolic Rate). You should be eating less than that number of calories per day. Your BMR is the amount of calories you burn by existing. Running 2 miles is burning some calories, but you'll save more calories by not eating one candy bar than you'll burn by running 2 miles. Try not to drop your caloric intake below 1200/day, or you'll run the risk of putting your body in a starvation mode where your metabolism will lower in order to save your energy reserves/fat.
You say you don't want to lift weights, but that can really help boost your metabolism. Every pound of muscle you build will burn an extra 50 calories per day. By all means keep running/playing DDR, too. That will build muscle, improve your cardio endurance, and release endorphins. All good things.

It doesn't take any willpower to put it on, unfortunately. You wanted pictures, so I posted pictures. They're in the Pictures forum (Before and Better). I don't have any more recent pictures, but I can say I've only dropped an additional 5 pounds since then (I stopped Dieting), but I've continued to sculpt my body, and trim up a bit.
