Hi everyone! It's so great that there are others who feel like me and are inspired to lose weight. I honestly want to put off 40 lbs or so to get back to what I was in high school. Right now, I'm doing DDR daily for about an hour. Should I pump up my workout to a longer period. I'm currently dancing on Light Mode and I do sweat out a lot. I guess I can't expect results quickly, but I sometimes feel that what I'm doing isn't enough. I'd be interested in hearing other people's input.

As long as your heart rate is getting up to the proper levels and not too high (20-23 beats in a ten second count) then what you're doing is fine. Up the difficulty as you feel ready to do so, but you don't need to kill yourself for DDR to burn calories.

I'll probably start counting my pulse from now. I didn't even think about doing that. Thanks!
