Hey i have a simple question that needs to be answered, ok when i go to subway i only get turkey and mayonaise sub. Now if i had that everyday could i lose weight? Now if your thinking he would get sick of that, last summer subway counted how many times i went there in 3 months, and i went there a total of 73 times. also can somebody give me an estimate on how many calories a 6in and a 12in sub would be. Basically the diet im designing is:
Breakfast: *Orange *bowl of cereal
Lunch: *6in Sub *low fat pretzels or some other low fat snack (open for suggestions) *water
Dinner: *12in Sub *baked chips *chips
Snack: *orange(s) *low fat snack
Please help me on find a health solution for any of these items i like to eat.... spaghettie (no meatballs), chicken, chicken soup, shrimp, turkey, and tea.

subway.com/subwayroot/MenuNutrition/Nutrition/pdf/NutritionValues.pdfAll your answers are right there. They're also available in the store, just ask the Sandwich artist for a copy of the nutrition info. (incidentally, 6 in Turkey Breast w/ Light Mayo = 325 calories, 12 inch = 650) Baked chips and pretzels are about 110-120 calories per ounce. Oranges have about 60 calories. Your average bowl of cereal has about 250 calories. So your total for the day is Breakfast (310 calories) Lunch (445 calories) Dinner (760 calories) Snack (60 calories) Total = 1575 calories. Now based upon other information you've posted (though I don't have your age or height) you burn about 3000 calories per day on your own carrying the weight you do. That gives you a deficit of ~1400 calories per day, not counting any DDR or other exercise you do. Provided that your body does not go into starvation mode (see how your energy does on this diet, you may need to add a few calories in the early going if your energy is lagging, maybe another orange or other fruit), you'll probably drop about 2-3 lbs per week on this diet. All of the other foods you list are fine for you. The real kicker is to watch portion size, stay clear of fried (chicken and shrimp), and don't oversweeten your tea, or use artificial sweetner if you do.
