You're going to get sick of Turkey *real* fast if that's all you're planning. Give yourself the opportunity for some variety in your diet.
As far what you've got:
-I'd aim for a cereal that's better for you, with less sugar. Raisin bran, Wheaties, Special K, Smart Start, etc.
-I've yet to find a "bar" food that's really good for you.
-The overall diet is very short on protein (only in the Turkey Sandwiches). And Vegetables (again, only on the sandwiches, though you haven't specified that). The Diet as you have it will leave you fairly constipated.
- Mayo, even low fat mayo, is fairly high in calories for what you get. Try subbing a no/low calorie condiment like mustard.
- I'd switch the 6 & 12 inch subs. You need more enegry earlier in the day. Eating a larger meal in the evening isn't as good for you because you've got less time to burn the calories it provides you.
- On those same lines, I'd move the second snack to before dinner.
