Breakfast: Cereal probably... Lunch: Salad with chicken Dinner: Healthy Choice soup thingies For when I get hungry... if I get hungry: Cereal bar or something?
I don't know about the snack-thing but hows the rest of it?

Looks good, but I'd eat some fruits or veggies as a snack instead of a cereal bar. Those things have tons of calories.

You'll definitely need snacks with that. Look at your calories:
Breakfast: probably around 200-250 depending on cereal and amount Lunch: Again probably about 250, depending on salad dressing Dinner: Healthy choice soups max out at 170 calories.
That brings your total for the day to about 700 calories. I think you should add about 500 calories to this to bring your minimum up to 1200. Otherwise your body will cling to it's fat and make up the deficit by dropping your metabolism. You'll feel sluggish and tired, but won't lose weight.

Those cereal bars aren't filling at all. Usually they just make me crave more crap. I eat nature valley trail mix bars instead. 170 cal each, and usually put food off for a couple hours.
Are you working out and if so how long and how often?

Depends on the mood I'm in and how much energy I have. It can range from 30 minutes to 2 hours...
