Well, based on your numbers, I'd say you've got a BMR (Base Metabolic Rate) of about 1425 kcal. That means that you burn 1425 kcal per day just being you. First off, the bad news: You aren't going to be able to safely burn off 30 pounds by September. There's just not enough time. I'd allow at least 4 months to burn off that much. It's generally considered unsafe to consistently burn off more than 2 pounds per week. So you should aim to burn off about half that by September, then lose the rest over the following 2 months.
Eating: Aim to average about 1200 calories/day. You don't want to go too far below that or your body will think there's not enough food available and will cling to it's fat stores rather than burn them. If you notice yourself feeling sluggish on the diet, up your calories a bit. When your body goes into starvation mode, it compensates by dropping your metabolism so you burn fewer calories. That doesn't help weight loss.
DDR: Don't worry about the number of calories burnt so much. What you want to do is play DDR at a level that gets your heart rate up to 70% of your maximum. Your maximum is 200 Beats per minute, 70% of that is 140. Periodically take your pulse during your workout. You should be at about 23 beats in a 10 second span. If you're higher than that, take a short breather and drop back the difficulty of dong you're doing a little bit. If your pulse is below about 19 in a 10 second span, pick it up a bit. Keep going like that for at least 30-45 minutes, more if you can (don't forget to stretch, warm up, and cool down, too).
Also, don't forget that weight is not the only measure of fitness. Body Fat Percentage, inches, and how you feel about yourself are other good things to keep an eye on as well.

also watch what you drink. Water has 0 calories. a 12 oz can of soda has about 300 cals. When I stopped drinking soda, I lost 5-10 lbs for doing nothing.

Wow, thanks. That should probably help me. I just would like to look a little better around school starts, and thats around September. But, if I lose it by November, it doesn't really matter. Thanks.. Is there any foods I can eat.. that are good, healthy, and not a lot of calories?

Is there any foods I can eat.. that are good, healthy, and not a lot of calories? Depends on what you like to eat. Vegetables are generally good for you, particularly raw. Chicken and fish are good meats (Watch the cholesterol in shrimp, though). Beans are also very good for you, lots of fiber. Spicy foods can also be good for you, too. Fruit is good for you as well, though they're generally higher calorie than veggies. If you need to cook with oil, try to use a cooking spray or olive oil. Stay away from anything fried, sweets, and greasy foods. But really it's all about moderation. Don't go overboard on any one thing (including not going overboard ). Try to spread out your food throughout the day, 5 or 6 small meals/snacks is better for you than three meals. Try not to eat too much before bed (I try to stop eating at least 3 hours before bed).
