How much DDR should I try to do each day? I play heavy and usually songs like Kakumei and Hysteria 2001 (or the number one ) so how long should I DDR for each day?

Get your heart rate up to 70% of your maximum (220-age). Keep it there for at least 30-45 minutes, more if you can. If your heart rate gets too high, drop back in difficulty a bit. Otherwise you start to get into anaerobic exercise, which won't burn as much fat.
Also, give yourself a day off each week.
