I'm a pretty big guy, I've been on atkins for around a month and a half and I've lost 20 pounds will DDR help me on easy, I'm not to talented on the thing, any tips would be apperciated thanks alot

DDR, or any exercise for that matter, will help. It's not a matter of the difficulty or your score or any of that. It's a cardiovascular, aerobic exercise. Just make sure you're going hard enough to get your heart rate up to 70% of your maximum (For most people on these boards that amounts to keeping your pulse between 20 and 23 beats in a ten second span). Keep DDRing at that heart rate for as long as you want or can, but try to do at least 30-45 minutes a day. If your heart rate gets too high, drop back to an easier song, or pause longer between songs. DDR skill will come with time.

Skills come naturally. Make it through 1 foot, than 2, and so on. Don't be afraid to try harder songs either. Just follow along as best as you can.
Also, play strictly in workout mode. It tracks how hard you work every day, it never cuts you off when you're failing, and there are no insults from the announcer.
