I am going over my aunt's in about 2-3 weeks and I want to get in the best shape as I can... I don't want to necesarrily (sp?) lose weight I just want to be able to do DDR good so I can impress the . Anyway, I am not good at making diet plans so can you guys help me a little with making a diet plan sort of thing so I can increase my... energetic rate (forgot what it was called (STAMINA! there we go)) in about 2-3 weeks. Oh ya, my 2 cousins (crazy little bastards ) will be there and I want them to try it out too. Thanks in advance

You're not going to be able to do much in just 2-3 weeks with a diet plan. Your body just doesn't do an about-face like that. But time issues aside, you'll do well to increase your protein intake. Protein will help build muscle, and keep you feeling fuller longer.
Just keep practicing, and make sure to give your body some time off between now and then. You won't be able to build muscle unless you rest it properly and sufficiently.
